Great journey :) to Alsoudaa
Part 1 :
i had a wonderful day my family and my self went out for a picnic :))))))))) to the highest mountains in the area  :) my sisters prepared some vegetables to feed the monkeys as here in KSA in mountains it is expected to see monkeys like for example in Taif area , as well as Abha, and an area called Alsoudaa  where we went :) there you can see   enormous mountains which are cultivated in a very beautiful way some of them are made into steps like wide big stairs :)  once i saw them the picture of Saqqara Step pyramid in Egypt   jumped in front of me  :) !!

 all the way long there were Saudi people selling delicious natural mountain HONEY yummy !!!  and there were Egyptians selling fruits and vegetables grown in the area . it was a very nice experience, i captured many photos and every thing went so smoothly going up the mountains with our car on roads  literally cut down through the bulk of  the mountains !!  it looked amazing  :) we did not find any monkeys though :D !!!  my sister was very disappointed :))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) :D

i wish you were there  with me to see what i saw :D subhanallah (Glory be to Allah)   , the creator of such beauty, harmony and perfection . i was speechless, that is simply what happens to me when i see something that really impresses me the same thing happened when i saw Mekkah  and the Kaaba for the first time :D good times good times.

 any way , we stopped the car , i kept starring at the mountains and suddenly i heard my father talking in a very excited voice saying :" Sarah, do you know where are we look around you we are almost reaching the clouds !!! " i was afraid actually:D  !!  it would  be impossible for me to live in a sky scraper :D . then we went on and stopped again at an area were the mountains were very steap it was the highest point in the area many black birds were flying around ,  i was afraid when i figured out that they were crows  , but i got out of the the car after all :)  it was a pretty great scene birds were flying above us and others  at a lower level than  us  as we were standing on  the top of the highest mountain around !!! so it was cold there :)    as crows  kept going around the mountain and the valley at its bottom:) we were just mesmerised !!    it was a glorious moment to see such power , glory and beauty in God's creation , if the creation is that great so how about the  Almighty Creator ? !!

This is the creation of Allah . So show Me what those other than Him have created. Rather, the wrongdoers are in clear error. #Quran    (31:11)   
Surat Luqman  - سورة لقمان

 i kept saying i testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad PBUH is his messenger :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) it was a great experience :P i hope i can show you the pictures very soon ISA sadly i do not have a pic for the scene from the top of the mountain i will get one from the enternet  :)  here it is  :)  it has nothing to do with what i saw  but it is a part of Alsoudaa area :)

note; the hilarious thing about the vegetables thing that i insisted to wash them even if they were for the monkeys :D i forgot to mention that that trip took place in the month of Ramadan so we were fasting , then as we returned to the city of Abha we heard the Maghrib call for prayer (which takes place at sunset ) so we have to eat & break our fasting :) it was a blessing from God that we had the vegetables with us we ate them till my Dad went to a really good restaurant in the neighbourhood :)

we have to reflect in those tiny things that happens to us daily :) why in the world did i wash them !!! so i can eat them & break my fasting even though that was not my intention :D

 Part 2 :
we made another journey to the same place this summer it was great :) most of pics here are of the second trip as something went wrong with my Camera :( any way i  captured those ones by my mobile phone's tiny Camera :) !! i think it did a good job :)
this time we  made the trip in the month of shawwal so we were not fasting :) . we stopped to have some delicious grilled Corn :D  (grilled on coals ) as we waited for the cones to be grilled my Father had some tea boiled  in a huge tea pot   on top of burning  coals  as well :)

the family is waiting for me in the car :)  notice the Corn man,  !! :) at the far right of the photo :) he was Egyptian btw you can find Egyptian people wherever you go i think Egyptians have occupied the World :D !! beware people :D 

Do you not see that Allah has made subject to you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth and amply bestowed upon you His favors, [both] apparent and unapparent? But of the people is he who disputes about Allah without knowledge or guidance or an enlightening Book [from Him].

it was such a lovely time i spent with my family :D <3  :)  it was a blessing to enjoy the fresh air & the sightseeing with them :)
